There’s Nothing Wrong With Playing a Little Arena Football to Keep Your Dream Alive

I’ve found that a lot of guys don’t want to play in the Arena Football League (AFL)  for whatever reason.

Granted, AFL players only make $400 a week, but if your goal is to play in the NFL, and you ain’t getting  looks from the NFL, CFL, or UFL , you should consider giving the AFL a shot, ‘cuz playing in the AFL’s a lot better than not playing at all, and having a gap in your pro experience.

Trust me, I know.  Besides, there’s more Arena football players in the NFL than you may know.

Moral of the story: if you’re hanging onto that NFL dream, and the Arena League is your only chance at staying active and having up-to-date film, you’d be wise to take advantage. Besides, pro teams frown on players that have gaps in professional experience on their resume.

If playing in the Arena League was your only choice, would you do it?
